I Quit

Sheeple have been staring at a black mirror and stopped spontaneously communicating since a while. Sadly, this behavior now also includes smokers. So, after losing its last remaining pro-social function, I stopped smoking. Of course, the anti-social utility of voluntary social self-exclusion by way of smoking still exists, it’s not sufficient anymore. This trick is also not superior compared to straight-up leaving the company of boring or anxious people when so desired. The simple truth is that smokers have deluded themselves by believing there is a relief from sheeple life by ritualistically suffocating mind and body.

Anyway, if you still are on that sinking ship, read Alan Carr’s book. He teaches you the subtle but crucial fact that to stop smoking does not mean to give up on anything. No need for any willpower. Just a positive mindset and maybe some additional self-respect. The physical withdrawal symptoms are ridiculously weak. The self-realization and overcoming of your own psychological system (i.e. brainwashing) is the key.
